Greta Spader is still out for blood! The recent discovery of mysterious Draconian structures indicates the battle is just heating up. Can we count on you 10/18?
  — Captain Harlock

Updated intel shows these mysterious structures serve as Operations Hubs for a Draconian Logistics Network, controlling movements of Typhoon fleets from a distance. In order to have any hope of defeating Spader's fleets once and for all, we must take down the Network from the inside. Are you ready for battle, Captain?

Storm Force Objectives and updates

  • There are now also Draconian Operations Hubs to hit. You have to first defeat the defensive posts surrounding the Hub and upload a virus into a Hub. While uploading, Draconain fleets will try to stop you. You thus have to neutralise them as well.
  • The secondary objectives are the Typhoon fleets, still about the same level of difficulty as in Storm Strike
  • Operation Hubs can be hit by up to two players.
  • After Hubs glitches most of the time and player fleets often got stuck without getting any points, those Hubs were taken off the game by developers and couln't get fixed throughout the raid. As a small consolidation, the points per typhoon destroyed were upped a bit. The event effectively became a solo-event then.

Event Prizes

The Compound armor is a defense against ballistic/penetrating and explosive damage at the same time.

The top prize was a Super Fortress, of Forsaken origin. It is a 'next generation offshoot' of the Floating Fortress, with more armour and a much increased cargo capacity. Apparently, it is more mobile and agile too. A good mining ship so to speak.

Tips and tricks

  • It's a teamwork event where raid points equal damage points dealt (with bonus for Typhoon kill or successful hub defense).
  • If you got 300k points and redeem Compound Armor I you are back down to 150k points. So better redeem at the end of the raid, if you can afford II or III you don't even have to buy CA I. If you just want to go for the 4th prize don't think of redeeming the first 3.
  • Try lower Typhoon and Hub fleets first, when raid starts. Firstly to get a feeling for them, secondly because there are often problems with SOS/whitescreens/invisible fleets at the start of any raid.
